Hi guys
I have a problem with my lap top toshiba & I wish I find the solution here.
My OS is windows 8.1 & it has been working .without any problems for a yaer and more.
But yesterday when I tried to restart my lap top the system brokedown.
It shows the win 8 logo then after while asks for the passwords. Notice that my profile picture wasnt there & network connection was disables too !!
After entering my password i wait for minutes then a black screen appears with only the mouse
before all that .. I downloaded a program I dont remember the name exactly but it was to help me to extend partition I merged allocated space with System hard drive "J"
I think I made a mistake or the program was ***** virus ! I dont Know but now I tried everything I tried startup sittings & no one of the 9 solution is working even the safe modes when choose a safe mode it takes me back to an error code I dont know if i can restore it or not & I dont know if i have an automatic backup & where can I find it !!
The error code is
File : CLFS.SYS
Error code : 0xc0000221
