Computer Restarts out of nothing

Hey guys,
my computer restarts out of nothing.
When I surf the internet, use word, use virtual box or install a program.
it just shuts the PC down without warning and reboots.
(no clean shut down, it's like the power plug has taken out.)

I've searched everywhere on the internet, and couldn't really fix my issue with the answers other people got with about the same issue as this.
in attachment, I've put an screenshot of the event viewer, there is a "critical error kernel-power event ID 41 task category 63.
I have also attached a pdf file which I generated using ma-config, it contains most info about my computer, if someone needs more info. No problem then I will look for you.

I have disabled an audio driver right now ( I got two: AMD High Definition Audio Device and High Definition Audio Device.) I found on this forum that this helped with some people but I'm still testing.

any help would be perfect :)
thanks in advance,
Sam
