Date and time not saving

Hi,
i m facing a problem regarding date and time to saving in computer
when i am switch on the computer its open the BIOS setting after saving the time in BIOS when i again switch on computer same thing happened
for that i have also changed the CMOS battery , but issue is same

please provide assistance .
