Dell mobo 4h665 from a OPTIPLEX GX400. Bought used from a reputable EBAY seller. With psu,VIDEO, fan connected the board displays the dreaded ORANGE LIGHT OF DEATH. A SOLID light with a blinking hdd GREEN lite sometimes. NO memory installed. Fan runs at normal speed. NO video, NO beeps, NO splash screen, NO diagnostic lights. ONLY the OLOD. The mobo led is lit. The DIMENSION 8100 mobo has the same issue. PSU was tested as good. PLEASE help me solve this issue.
