VGA works for a while, flickers, then dies.

I just finished building a new computer and for the most part it was working quite well besides some flickers from the display. They were short, almost exactly like the flicker you get when you change your display resolution. After a while though, the output stops working entirely. The computer is still on, but the monitor LED goes from green to yellow, indicating no display signal. If I restart it works for maybe 2 minutes then goes blank again.

I have updated to all the latest drivers with no success.
