45 seconds to POST

Hi guys
long standing problem
45 seconds POST time

Asus P5N-T Deluxe,
Intel Q6600 @ 3ghz,
8Gb G-Skill DDR2-8500 1066MHz,
AMD ATI Radeon HD 6670 1Gb GDDR5,
Kingston v300 SSD (OS win7 64 bit)
Arctic Cooling Freezer Extreme cpu
Accelero Twin Turbo gpu

I've tried everything
it does this even with just the cpu and SSD attached.

I've tried numerous settings in BIOS to no avail.

However, if I clear the CMOS it will POST in 5 seconds.

Any help?
