The user of this system complained that it began so hang and drag. Sometimes it takes too long time to boot up. I thought it could be Operating system issue. I opened up the system and tried reloading a windows xp. It was so slow that it took a long time to install. but after the installation, it takes several minutes before it could boot to desktop. Since then I have changed the RAM, the HDD but no difference. Please what can make this system to be soooooooo slugish ? What Can Ido to fix this?
