Win 7 crach to bios

Hi guys,
i need a help,asus laptop from my friend crash to bios.win 7 work normally and then just bios show up by it self and we cant save and exit bios.after holding power button 4 sec win shut down and then we start win normally.that happen 3,4 times.only changes we made on that laptop is we put 2 processors in BOOT advanced options(that asus have 2 core)later we restore number of processors to default and now we will see is there maybe problem.

Please any help
